Existing tools were confusing, too complex or didn't cover the Swiss requirements well enough. What we built: a complete web application that lets landlords record meter readings, manage tariffs and generate legally compliant electricity bills with a Swiss QR payment slip, fully automatically. Together with the client, this solution then grew into our own SaaS product, SchäferStrom. Result: from a custom client solution to a standalone SaaS product.
