Reviews --------- If you send us a review via the review form, we process the data you provide (name, company or position, rating, text and the uploaded logo or profile picture) in order to check the review and publish it on our website together with your name, company or position and picture. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future; a short message to info@schaefersoft.ch is sufficient. We distinguish between necessary cookies, without which the website does not work, and analytics cookies, which we only set with your consent. If your email client loads external content, a connection to the Bunny Fonts servers (fonts.bunny.net) is established and your IP address is transmitted. Marketix records the page visited, the referrer, any campaign parameters (UTM) and your IP address at the time of the request. To recognise returning visits, a random visitor ID is stored in the mx\_vid cookie for 1 year. The data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad. Marketix is only loaded if you consent to statistics in the cookie banner. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, a Meta group company. As long as you do not click the link, no data is transferred to WhatsApp. If you write to us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your phone number and communication metadata; message contents are end-to-end encrypted. Switzerland also benefits from an adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. Data Security --------------- We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Data Retention ---------------- Personal data are stored only as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
